Honka Savukvartsi single-family house, built in the Vantaa housing exhibition area, has the lowest carbon footprint of any home in the exhibition. The detached house is heated by electricity, fireplace back boiler and solar collectors controlled by an intelligent hybrid heating system.
The Vexve AM40 temperature based heating controller is an integral part of the family house hybrid heating system and controls two different floor heating circuits as well as the solar collector pump group. Additionally, for both heating circuits, Vexve ABV4121 bivalent mixing valves automatically optimize heat stratification of the hybrid storage tank. A Vexve ACGE loading unit is used to connect the fireplace back boiler to the hybrid storage tank.
