The Kärppälä agricultural tourism and equestrian sport centre in Sastamala will open in summer 2019, offering accommodation, banqueting and conference services, as well as a range of events. The buildings in the centre will be heated by geothermal energy, backed up by solar energy.
The heating systems in the equestrian centre's manège and ancillary building use Vexve's 22–35 mm (DN 20–32) shut-off and balancing valves with integrated press fit connections. The choice of Vexve valves saved a substantial amount of time in the installation phase compared with conventional threaded valves with separate press head adapters.
